“Please consider this review before purchasing an Infiniti as the service department and Infiniti will not stand behind the product they sell. They will also lie about a loaner car program and various other alleged benefits, but do not believe it as I once did. You are buying lies and a vehicle with a questionable CVT transmission. Honestly, I have had repeated poor experiences with this Infiniti service department. It was better before Matt Bowers purchased the dealership, but it seems it is the same people in service. I brought my car in for an oil change and told them my car was making a noise. I suspected it was related to the transmission. The service department said they could not find any issue and sent me on my way. I brought it to another transmission place which investigated the issue thoroughly. After trying other plausible fixes, they determined the transmission needed to be replaced. We started conversations with Infiniti for them to replace the failed transmission. It was barely out of warranty (likely would not have been if they had addressed my initial concerns, and after days/weeks of discussions, they finally agreed to replace. There were several excuses to why it took an excessive amount of time to repair (ordering parts, needing approval, only service man out of town, etc.) They missed the deadline to return the car to me and I had to spend $1300 for a rental car. It seems the loaner car is almost impossible to come by and I only had about a week of use over the two months my car was out of service. Next, they used an old spring clamp to connect the hose to the new transmission (I am not an expert, and was told this by the mechanic). It broke which caused the hose to disconnect from whatever it is connected to, and dump the all the transmission fluid over the ground. The transmission repair is under warranty (12 months, 12,000), but I moved out of state where there is no Infiniti dealership. Since I needed my car, I had it repaired locally for $684 and a tow. I contacted the service department a month ago to discuss the problem. It took several phone calls to actually speak to someone in the service department (Ronnie). I explained the issue and indicated that the mechanic had photos of the damage. He said he would have to call me back and never has. I have left repeated messages, no return call. I always gave them excellent reviews and now I regret it. They beg you to leave them, and I did in the spirit of good will. Buyer beware!”

“Very good experience!. I love Tina, who was very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. The appointment was easy to make and I was taken in right away. The waiting area was comfortable with coffee and drinks available. The service manager, Ryan, is always there to assist with any issues that may arise. He is the epitome of work ethic traits. His attitude, character and communication along with respect and teamwork is the perfect model that Ray Brandt Infiniti strives to ensure.”

“My vehicle was brought in for A/C repair. I was told it would be a “few days” to diagnose. After TEN days I went over there in person and was told that there WASN’T a problem with my A/C but they wanted to run more tests. After ANOTHER ten days they claimed they still couldn’t find a problem and I was to come get the car. About two hours later I got a call saying that they DID find an issue but would have to order a part. A few days later they called to say the $500 part didn’t fix the problem and that I needed a $3,200 part. I was now without a car for three weeks so asked for a loaner (which they gave me). Five days later they called to say my car was ready. I drove over there to find that my car had been trashed. The interior was horrible; dirt all over the front passenger seat, my console was scratched up, and my tire rim had a gauge out of it. I had my car detailed the day before I brought it in so it was pristine when They received it. Your manager came out and told me that my dogs caused all that damage. My dogs do not get in my front seat (there is a guard that separates them) so that could not have happened. Then they told me that the damage on the passenger seat was due to wear and tear. My car was used to commute the causeway with only one person in the car and that was me. If there was any wear and tear on the seat, it would be on the driver side and there was no damage there at all. The manager also said that the gouge in my wheel was there when I delivered the car and he showed me a picture that supposedly was taken when I dropped off the car showing the damage. However, the damage in the picture I took was in the 11 o’clock position and the picture he showed me was also in the 11 o’clock position. What are the odds of the wheel being in the exact same position when I dropped it off as to when I picked it up. your service people tried to gaslight me and would not take responsibility for the damage they caused to my car. I am done with your establishment”

“Fantastic service! Intake was quick. No waiting at my assigned time. Loved the text communication with a link to the service estimate to approve. I was even able to ask questions is text before approving the estimate. Waiting room was clean and comfortable. Every employee who walked by was friendly. They have Starbucks coffee available on demand and other refreshments while waiting. They texted me when my car was ready and had it ready for me to drive off. Great experience- would highly recommend.”

“The mechanic also noticed that I didn’t have any power and with future inspection he repaired my throttle body . I was so thankful because I had been telling someone about it for over a year and a half but it was never checked. So be sure to thank him again for me. I called back to tell Gary the service manager to thank the mechanic for me.”
