They were honest and honored their word when we came to a verbal agreement. I was in and out. I paid a fair price for the car. I would 100% recommend working with Keagan! I have enjoyed my Telluride more than my Mercedes! My husband and kids say they like it better! Happy with this dealership! Highly recommend! I drove an hour away to do business w them & have 0 regrets!โ€

โ€œMy Christmas was canceled due to this establishment an lack of communication. This Kia Needs better associates who love doing there job instead of giving people the run around. Please have your associates attentive to the customers at all costs because if communication is not well within the establishment, how are the customers going to be able to obtain their vehicle an make the proper payment of work done on vehicle. My wife and I took our car in to get the engine replaced because it was still under warranty. Mesquite has 2 months fixing the vehicle then they took a month trying to tell my wife and I prices and "finance prices" that was approved.....witch was a mistake on there end an made us still pay for something we didn't ask for. One month later as of yesterday my engine light comes on while I'm driving ๐Ÿ˜ฉWow smh!!!!!! Me and my wife felt very disrespected because of the lack of communication Assistant manager Kris had with me and my wife. I specifically told Mr. Kris to speak to me because my wife does not know anything about vehicles and what does he do....continually text my wife about the vehicle. When it's pick up time we get the vehicle we have to pay this amount of money because of financing that was supposedly approved smh. Payed for Finance Sunbit fees Total 276.00...Payed 1135.00 to drive off the lot!!! Total was almost 3000 had to settle for 1412.00!!!! I HATE ALL THIS HAPPENED IN THE SPAN OF 3 MONTHS. For any women that have little knowledge in vehicles, please have a MALE PRESENT that has knowledge in vehicles to go with you. So no one will try to get over on you or try to tell you something that you need for your car which you really didn't need... LESSON LEARNED +UPDATE+ ZERO STARS ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘Ž 2 months later.....KIA still hasn't responded or try to reach out to fix our car an charging sunbit to our debit card without authorization. For a car engine to be replaced and 1 later and engine light comes on. It's ridiculous. Kia dealership, especially this one is not taking responsibility on the miscommunication and the improper use of authorization to a debit card. This specific location will tell you that your card needs this and needs that for the car to run and in reality they are running game on you to earn more money for their establishment. I am highly disappointed in this dealership for not communicating correctly and not taking responsibility and concern in the customer. Still to this day our car is messed up and I have to come out of pocket to fix it again. Please do not do business at this establishment. It is better to go to a different Kia dealership. Please I repeat. Please brin g someone with car knowledge to help you purchase or fix your vehicle. If you do not have any car knowledge they are going to run a game on you and this is pure facts.โ€
