“I dropped my Mustang Mach-E (Long Range AWD) at Ford for a recall + chronic charging defect. Seven days later? Zero calls, texts, or portal updates from my “advisor” Eric. Not one. The problem: My $62,000 SUV has never hit the advertised 310-mile range—tops out at 265 miles in perfect weather. I handed it over at 30 % SOC; they returned it at 19 % and never bothered to plug it in or diagnose why it can’t take a full charge. I’ve now opened a corporate case—still radio silence. Ford’s own cheaper Standard Range models outperform mine on a daily basis. I paid a premium for a promise and got a rolling paperweight instead. Verdict: Skip Ford EVs. The tech isn’t ready, the support is nonexistent, and your wallet will hate you. I sure do.”

“I recently travelled to Mesa from Las Vegas to pick up a '25 F350 Platinum Tremor. From the start the gentlemen assisting me were knowledgable, helpful, and understanding of my concerns. They gave me thousands more for my trade than anyone local would come close to, were receptive to my budget and kept their word. Probably the smoothest car buying experience I've ever had, and I fully recommend you check them out, even if you live somewhere else. Service like just doesn't exist where I live anymore. Shout to Adam Marazzo for making the numbers work, Duncan for being understanding of my situation and budget, and Elton for keeping me informed of the process, answering his phone on his day off and his willingness to do whatever it took to make this happen. These gents were a class act and if you're reading this Larry - you have permission to give these guys an attaboy.”

“I will be honest its been a while since I’ve purchased a new car so I was not looking forward to it. Haha Fortunately the staff at Larry Miller Ford was surprisingly fun! Mario was knowledgeable, honest and helpful in all my questions and concerns. He knew his inventory and all the answers to my questions. He’s a great guy I’d refer my friends or family to any day. Props to the financing department as well. The new manager Richard was professional, nice to talk to and had my every concern and his efforts engaged when figuring out the numbers that would work for us all. Overall I’m super stoked with my new Bronco and my experience with buying from a dealership was surprisingly pleasant, efficient and successful. Thanks guys!!!”

“nothing like taking your F250 to the service department seven times for the same exact camera issue and being down a vehicle for days at a time just for them to say they can’t find any concern reset the module and then the issue continuously comes back. Gave this dealer videos of proof and numerous chances and continued to get disappointed. Gives you no updates whatsoever while your truck is at service so you have to physically check yourself to see where your truck is parked at and any communication from your advisor. ended up having to talk to the service director, which was very rude and not helpful whatsoever especially in his customer service. advisor finally called and stated the vehicle is ready for pick up. Did not explain any further on what they found how they resolved it just that the vehicle is ready. Showed back up at the service department and advisor stated hopefully we fix it this time mind you, this is number seven for the visit for same issue. Feels like they are just throwing parts at it now. Gives me no reassurance. They replaced both front and rear camera hoping I won’t be back in a month for same issue. Just saw the rear bed cover is damaged because the service department was very negligent even though that cover is a ford cover installed when we bought the truck at the dealer. If I could give this service center 0 stars I would, save your time and take it to another ford dealer who value their customers and the relationship they build.”
