“I found a car online that I was interested in which was posted as $12,600: $14,600 and a "special internet discount of $2,000". There was a disclosure that said "Prices do not include additional fees such as taxes, title and registration fees, finance charges, dealer document preparation fees, emission testing/compliance charges, tint and reconditioning charges." I am fine with that as a concept but was shocked when the out the door price on this vehicle was $23,000!! The price almost doubled. Insane and hugely false advertising. Bait and switch situation. They gave a breakdown of the fees and other charges and I wish I kept it so I could share them here. Pointless to say, we left without a car. They called me back a couple hours later asking if we would come back to negotiate. No chance.”

“Outrageous prices if you let them. I got over the cosmetic flaws, the car pulling to the left, the almost clogged cabin filter, and the 3 different tire brands that were two different sizes, none that were the correct size for this vehicle. But the mechanical maintenance side is another story. After driving the vehicle for a couple days I decided to get it inspected and found many basic things that were overlooked. The inspection found low and brown transmission fluid (supposed to be red at least red-ish) causing the car to shift bad. Also found what I assume are a the original spark plugs that the car came with from factory, for a car with 77k miles they were absolutely roasted. Two little things that would have gone a long way. They did the engine oil and air filter at least. I get it’s a business and they wanna profit the most but sending this car out in this maintenance condition was in was a big no no in my opinion. Giving a two star instead of one, only because the finance lady was absolutely fantastic getting me the best possible financing options”
