“I've never written a negative review, but this has to be shared. Call me karen! They sold the car out from under us, literally within the same minute we signed our agreement. They didn't have the decency to let us know there was another man in the store actively working out a deal at the exact same time we were. We got there long before he did, and had a newer sales rep helping us (he was great) however I know that added to the time it took to come to our agreement, which is important later
For context, we are a family of 4, we brought our two small children in and my husband took a few hours away from work to get there. We spent 2 hours going back and forth and once we signed the agreement they came back and said another man signed within the same minute, and the car was going to him. OH! and that there was nothing they could do.
We signed within the same 60 seconds as this man and although we had been there longer, and had the odds against us as far as efficiency goes, they still felt it was fine to sell this car to the other man, who made it clear he was about to purchase another new vehicle and just stumbled upon this one.
Business is business, but this was handled so unprofessionally. Kevin the sales rep was so apologetic and he had zero control over the matter. The general sales managers knew both deals were happening and didn't have the decency to communicate that or speed the process along for us (being that we arrived long before the other buyer, AND that we were a family clearly in need of this car)
I was met with a shrug and a sorry. Offered to help find another one but got a call today with another shrug and a sorry, not their problem. Beware of the sales managers at this dealership, they don't look out for their customers who are human beings, they seem to only be looking out for themselves. Be quick as possible and you still might not get the car”

“I went to Honda because my battery was dead and I didn’t know if it was the starter or battery being dead. I wasn’t really sure I found out that it wasn’t covered under my warranty and I couldn’t afford it at all and Jason in service department helped me out with a battery. He made me so stress-free thank you so much. Jason goes to distance to help his people!! You guys are incredible. I absolutely love Honda. You treat your people very good thank you so much!!!”

“I just purchased a hybrid Honda Civic sport and had seriously the best experience. I gave them my terms, my budget and my date of purchase. I was able to easily put down a security deposit to a wait for the car that I specifically requested to arrive and they were really good at communicating through text message. I wasn't sold all these extra dealer packages and they did not once harass me to buy unwanted tack one. Much better experience than at Autonation Toyota. Thank you Angel and Tim. I know I will have this car a long time but I will be coming back for the next one.”
