Chase was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions even some I didn’t know I had. Gave me time to think about my purchase with no pressure. Would recommend both the dealership and Chase.

Chase at Cardinalway was great to work with! He was extremely personable and never pressured us. He answered all of our questions and let us walk away when we needed some time to think! The manager and finance officer were great as well. The finance officer knew we had a strict budget so he didn’t pressure us into any additional warranties or services. We would definitely go back!

Unfortunately I had probably the worst customer experience at this place of business and it was very disappointing because our sales guy was fantastic to us and really did a great job.. however his sales manager Eric costed him the deal. I went in to buy a 2015 GMC Canyon, the price was great and I wasn't going to ask for a price reduction or anything, and like I said I was willing to get this vehicle just based on how great our sales guy made us feel. The first day I went in, I was looking to trade in a vehicle, and they gave us a cost sheet (attached so you can see #'s) I didn't have the vehicle on hand so I gave it some thought and decided the next day I would put cash as a down payment. This is where it went all downhill, I noticed on their website that that there was an OPTIONAL package (listed on the cost sheet as financed aftermarket) so I told the sales guy, if it's optional I don't want it and I'll do the deal. He immediately went to the manager Eric and Eric seemed to be upset by this finding, maybe Eric was the one who put it on the website. You could hear him huffing and puffing and he walked past me 3 or 4 times to talk to the General Manager. By the way Eric did not greet me, no hello , no how are you, even though he knew me from the previous day. When he sat down at the desk, he was immediately on the offense, and trying to justify why it was on the website, going on about how they already put nitro in the tires, they already put on the "premium uv protection" etc. I told him I simply just didn't want it because it was an OPTIONAL add on, and if it wasn't optional then it should reflect in the price if they already put those OPTIONS on. As I'm going through the cost sheets, I then noticed that from the previous day when I went to trade in my car, The taxes were lower, but the day I went in to put cash as a down payment the taxes were higher. And this is where Eric costed his sales guy the deal over a simple question. I simply asked why are my taxes higher today than they were from the previous day? He explained to me in a very annoyed tone and made me feel like I was idiot for not knowing that: when you go to trade in a car, the state taxes you less than if you were going to put a down payment, and that I shouldn't be so UNREASONABLE since it was only a couple hundred bucks. He then went to say that I've been sitting here for 10 minutes going back and forth COMPLAI - ... he stopped himself from finishing the word and apologized stating over and over he "had a bad day and sometimes he gets turned around" Needless to say, I immediately stood up thanked the sales guy for his time. Eric then started to get more hostile throwing the pen on the desk saying what we could do to make a deal. After being disrespected like that there was no way I was buying that truck especially with him involved in the transaction. Overall very disappointing experience and pretty bummed I wasn't able to get the truck.

The entire team, from Cameron and Sergio in sales to Craig in finance was very easy to work with. First, the car itself was very clean in terms of ownership history and how it looked at the dealer. We were impressed with the test drive, and Cameron was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in purchasing. Negotiations took a bit of time remotely, and after we agreed on a price, the process took an hour at the dealership. Cameron personally followed up with me to teach me features of my new car and helped schedule service on a couple of items that needed attention. When I was there for service, he made sure the fix was good and even filled my tank with gas for the inconvenience! Hands down I would go back to Cardinaleway Mazda!

Love Cardinale Way!!! Just purchase my second CX5 from Gerardo and he was super nice as always. The entire staff is super nice and friendly. The trade in process was very smooth and I am so glad I went with turbo on the new model!
