John took the truck to a local mechanic for a pre purchase inspection. He even picked my son and I up at the airport and brought us back to the dealership to finalize the paperwork. I have never had a dealership, or salesman, spend so much time helping without demanding a deposit or signed paperwork. The purchase price of the truck was $1,000s cheaper than what I could find in PA but the customer service was what finalized the deal. I could not be happier with how things worked out. “My experience with this car stealership was good in the beginning. I traded a perfectly good car 2018 Acura tlx for a 2018 Subaru STI I was told that it was checked out by the mechanic 150 point inspection, when I had it for two weeks check engine light came on so I brought it to the Subaru dealership by my home. This what they found 1). Very low on coolant 2). Camshaft position sensor malfunction not working properly $208.00 just for the part not including the dealership fee 3).air filter so clogged up surprisingly the car ran for two weeks like that until I got it fixed $39.00. I’m advising you future car buyers be aware of this stealership. I sent my salesman a text to let him know that the car was not inspected by the mechanic and all the issues that I had with no response that was almost three weeks ago. Not satisfied with this transaction”
