“Thanks to the whole team at AutoFair Volkswagen of Nashua! Great experience car shopping and purchasing of our vehicle! They spent a lot of time working with us to choose the right vehicle for us. Andrew was a great sales consultant and very patient with us, working through the whole process. Brian took time and really helped us along with the numbers and different scenarios that worked best for us. Wonderful experience overall! “I was very pleased with the attention to my requests during my buying experience. I am very detailed oriented and asked many questions pertaining to the vehicle as well as a personal inspection on the lift which was gracefully accommodated. If they didn’t have the answer right then they went out to find it. A very pleasant experience.
I was disappointed on the misrepresentation of the stated milage of the vehicle (approximately 6k less) than what was actually on the vehicle. Upon further review of the pictures on their company website it clearly showed the higher mileage although stated lower. Shame on me as I drove 3 and 1/2 hours back and forth to test drive the vehicle. Bottom line. I loved everything about the vehicle, the detailed purchase agreement, the warranty process and bought it on site. As a previous 9 year Murano owner I hope to have many years of enjoyment with my “new” Murano.

“I thought I was going to write a 5 star review. Service was good, it took over 6 hours but good. Got new brakes and inspection. Drove after a day and noticed some wobbling from the front tires. Gave it another day same wobble. Went to VIP tire warehouse and they were literally laughing at what had happened to my tires. Both my front tires were in the wrong wheel. And how would you know this? Well if they had trained enough employees or a smart employee they would simply notice that both tires were the wrong way, indicated by said rotation arrow provided on the tires. They should be ashamed and should actually get workers that know what to do.
