“I made an appointment for Saturday to get my car checked. I was told when I brought my car in that I would need to come back during the week because they would have to open up the car and it would be an all-day thing. So I brought my car back at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday. At 3:00 p.m. I called to ask the status of the car and was told it wasn't even worked on yet. I specifically stated when I dropped off the car that it cannot stay overnight because this dealership did not have any loaner cars to give. After going back and forth for a few more hours I demanded my car back. When I went to get my car they made me wait 15 minutes to find somebody to bring the car out to me. The service was absolutely horrible. Also I want to mention this is my third car bought from this Ford dealership that had an O2 sensor go out at 50,000 mi. The third car. Maybe Ford needs to be honest about what type of cars they're selling and how long they're going to last. Also, while I was waiting for my car to be fixed, I get a call from someone in the sales side asking about trading my car in. I would never trade my car in and get another car from this dealership. I'll be taking my car to a different Ford dealership.”

“The worst customer service by a mill. No professionalism and service department they ask each other instead of checking the schedule... to top it off Quicklane, you need to take an appointment ... and after that, they keep calling and texting for a survey... look for somewhere else ...if it was not a warranty issue I wouldn't come here”
