Kelly Ford was able to accommodate me on the spot. My truck was on the lift before I could sit and enjoy my popcorn. They had the necessary equipment to repair my tire and had me back on the road in under an hour! Throughout the entire process, Alexi was a true professional and made me feel like a valued member of the Ford family. She addresses all the issues I had concerning my truck and provided recommendations for future maintenance. In the future if my truck requires repairs, Kelly Ford will be first on my list. I will also be returning to complete the scheduled maintenance Alexi recommended.”
