“I bought a 2022 K5 GT-Line almost 6 months ago. I've only had 1 issues with my car which was the "Charge Ports" somehow all got shorted out & was replaced for free. Normal warranty work has all been good. Really I don't have nothing to complain about for the service Dept. But the sales side is different, about 3 or 4 months ago I get a phone call from a sales associate asking if I would like to come in and finance a 2nd vehicle which is kinda unprofessional. I'm a single male I don't need 2 car payments, if I wanted another vehicle I would come in & finance one. Then about 1 week ago I get a phone call that they've got a "K5 GT" in stock that I've been looking for one to test drive it to see if I like it, are schedule/the car being ready didn't line up. The car was ready by Oct 15 but I told them on Oct 10th I had Important Errands to run on the 15th and if I had time I would stop by well on the 12th & 13th they kept asking what time could I come in on the 15th. I just ignored the text because I already explained to them "If I had time I would stop by". I do gotta give a shout out to Corvay he really did a fantastic job working with me/getting me approved for the 2022 K5 GT-Line AWD when I was currently in a messy Byrider contract at the time. I gave the car back to byrider and I'm no longer in that contract. Byrider bought the car back from auction & paid off my acc/closed it. The pictures u see are from March - September”

“Great experience! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Stephen G. was my salesperson, he has a bomb personality, wasn't pushy and was very informative regarding my vehicle's features. He even picked out what color he thought fit me best and I love it!”

“Scam!!! They wanted to charge me $43,000 for a 2021 Kia Sportage. Plus, this model didn’t even have push start, which meant my insurance would jump from $800 every six months to $2,200. The vehicle definitely was a hot target for the Kia boys. The check engine light was on, and one of the sales reps claimed it was just because the oil change indicator wasn’t reset, which made no sense at all. Thank goodness there was a problem; otherwise, this is dealership would have totally ripped me off. They even tried to sweeten the deal by waiving my $500 down payment, but no way, that’s definitely a trap. The car isn’t even worth $43,000, and that’s with interest included. The original price they were trying to sell it for was $23,000. The financial manager was really rude and disrespectful. I can only imagine how he treats his staff. It’s super sketchy in there, so stay away from this place and ignore the letters you get in the mail because it’s just a money grab scheme that will drain you dry. it’s a short relief really worth paying double long-term? Three scheme tactics :1) this is the only car available that you can finance ; 2) Lying about needing a down payment and then playing a bait and switch stating oh we’ll cover it for you; 3) Offering up to three months No car payment. These three will bite you in the butt and you would not realize it until you finally open your eyes and understand long-term they’re screwing you over with the over whelming interest rate. These people don’t care about helping you, they only care about exploiting the poor..”

“We walked up to the doors and were immediately greeted by Mohamed! He was absolutely wonderful and helped us figure everything out with leasing a new Kia K4! I can’t complain at all and I’m so appreciative for the way he worked with us! I had a great experience and love the car :)”

“Purchased my 2021 KIA Sportage in a different city and needed to find a local dealership that would handle the service as efficiently as the original dealership. I chose Ken Ganley KIA in Medina and they did not disappoint.
Scheduling the appointment online was very easy. However, the day of service was when they really showed their efficiency. Check in was easy, and quick. They answered all my questions and were even able to add in an additional service that needed done, which I really appreciated. It saved me an extra trip, and saved me time, which is valuable! When it came to a warranty repair, they verified that everything was covered and got it approved. I was there all of 2.5 hours for 3 services… 2 were big jobs.
They were honest, efficient, explained everything in detail without making you feel stupid. I’m very happy with the service I got. Will definitely use them in the future.”
