“Very dissatisfied with my experience. I purchased the car in perfect condition, but it arrived with several issues and failed the inspection, which already shows a lack of care from the dealership. On top of that, I was unable to work for 8 days due to the delivery delay, and I had to lose even more days because the car kept failing inspection. What made the situation worse is that instead of fixing the problem right away, the dealership kept telling me to bring the car back to them, even though my inspection was in Maine and I would need to drive 2 hours to do that — which makes no sense, especially considering the issue was their responsibility. Extremely disappointed with the lack of support, organization, and professionalism. I do not recommend this dealership - Responding to your comment, since there is no option to reply directly: At this point, nothing has actually been resolved except the inspection issue. All the other problems with the vehicle are still pending. The lack of communication has been extremely frustrating — phone calls are not answered, messages are barely replied to, and whenever there is contact, it feels like an attempt to delay rather than provide real solutions. In addition to that, there is essentially no after-sales support. No one from the dealership has reached out proactively to offer assistance or follow up on the unresolved issues. This situation remains ongoing and far from being properly handled.”
