My service advisor, Thurmont, was incredibly helpful and made what could’ve been a routine (and slightly painful) service visit surprisingly enjoyable. He was professional, knowledgeable, yet funny enough that I didn’t even mind being at a service appointment. That’s talent. If customer service had a personality award, Thurmont would win it.
