“Beware of Fred's Beans; it is one of the worst dealerships. Provides misinformation and later attempts to appear as though they are favoring the customer by selling the car. Finance is the worst to deal with. Generally, at a dealer, there is only one hard inquiry (FYI: a credit score of more than 750 also results in multiple inquiries). Still, here they make multiple inquiries without informing the customer. And later, when you ask, they say all other dealerships do five inquiries, and repeat the same thing again and again, without providing a solution. They ordered the floor mat, which doesn't fit the new car. And when I asked for a refund, they denied it and showed favoritism, exhibiting rude behavior. All upper management is the worst. Only the sales were nice.
They promised that the oil change and tire rotation would be free for 3 years. After the deal was completed and the hard inquiry was done, they said I had been misunderstood. Then they are upselling me a maintenance package.
So, please be cautious and avoid this place.
Faulkner is better than Fred Beans.”

“After owning Hondas for 17 years, and while I loved all of them, I could no longer get some safety features that I needed, so I decided to check out Hyundai.. I didn’t know what to expect. It was my lucky day when Jason came out and asked if he could help. I was interested in the Kona and had checked out the inventory online, and found one in the color I liked that was supposed to be in stock. But I have to say that Fred Beans Hyundai has the most disorganized car lot I have ever seen, and it reflects back on the sales people when they can’t find the car they are looking for, and doesn’t start the sales process on a very positive note. The one I was interested in couldn’t be found because it was sold and never taken off the website. Jason was the driving force behind finding me a car. He responded promptly to all of my texts,answered questions and kept me updated. One was found in Salisbury, MD..I had an appointment to pick it up on Saturday morning, but because it had gotten in late on Friday, it wasn’t quite ready. Jason said he didn’t want me sitting around waiting, so I should go home and he would personally deliver it to me, which he did.
It was because of him that my first experience with Hyundai was a good one. Now I hope I have just as good an experience with the service department.”

“I have to say, dealing with Fred Beans was refreshing compared to dealing with other dealerships. Sales person Jason G was quick to get back to me with a price quote.
I was looking forward to purchasing my Hyundai Tucson. I am grateful that Jason G called to tell me the Tucson had some sort of catastrophic MECHANICAL failure before they could ship it to me.
I hope whoever winds up purchasing the 2024 Hyundai Tucson Limited Plug in Hybrid VIN: KM8JFDD24RU190215, stock number: MH50125SL figure out what the mechanical failure was that was severe enough Jason said the were considering putting the vehicle up for wholesale.”
