“Did you know that morally upstanding dealers still exist? Neither did I. I’d bought the new 26’ in Boulder Gray on New Year’s Eve, only to have it blow a trans coolant line off at 377 miles, (simple mistake by the factory) leaving me stranded and overheated. They paid for the tow back up to the dealership, replaced the hose/clamp, but my experience working on cars told me that a tight new engine being overheated, especially a modern one, suffers wear that will cause issues sooner or later. I expressed that to both the general and service manager, and without argument, they agreed to put me in an identical new 26, this one green, which I’m fine with. They could’ve told me to pound sand, I could’ve been left paying for a new truck with an ‘injured’ engine of sorts, but no. A dealership in this day and age actually placed their reputation and my happiness above money. I’m still stunned to be honest. Show these guys some love- a dealer like this is exhaustingly rare to find!”

The only negative part of my experience with Faulkner Nissan in Mechanicsburg was the financing portion my fiancé and I felt rushed pushed towards a single warranty didn’t give us much explanation or other options and it just was not a good experience when it came to financing.
