I contacted the dealership two weeks prior to my estimated purchase date as we were buying a car for my daughter after her graduation for her military training and return home. I specifically gave the date of the 18th. The original salesman was Ryan and he was supposed to be going over current inventory and inventory in the process of certification and had scheduled a video showing with me. He never contacted me again. Eventually a woman reached out to me to follow up and made excuses as to why he could not uphold his obligation to me and she then said she would get back to me with the inventory and make preparations. Again, nothing. We picked my daughter up and took her to a dealership in my area who was very lovely and made arrangements prior to our arrival. We bought her a car and were happy that the experience went well with the other dealership. So today, three days of my daughter being home, I get a text from Enterprise asking if I am still in the market for a car. Rude because number one you never apologized for your poor performance and number two unprofessional all around. So I called to speak to the manager, Austin. It was more excuses and it boiled down to poor management of the entire dealership in that location. At the end of the call I informed him that I would be leaving this review and would never use their company for anything again. He very sarcastically said they were the largest rental and sales agency and that I eventually would and hung up. Um, Austin, I’ve never used you before and never will again. Your dealership wasn’t my choice, it was my 18 year old daughter’s and we ended up going with my choice because she obviously chose poorly. I will be speaking with the district manager, Brenda, to give her the details of the interaction with this dealership and I saved all of my texts. Yall lost a definite sale because one, my daughter was absolutely getting a car that was five years old or less and two, my husband makes over 6 figures. The picture is my daughter with her car that did not come from you. No commission here!!!!!”
