As it turns out, I had a leak in a seal that required me to replace my transmission. I was authorized to receive a loaner vehicle while they investigated the unusual issue. They ran tests and consulted with Acura on numerous occasions. Throughout this process, and it took some time, Bo was simply amazing. He worked hard to get me the best price and allowed me to use the loaner vehicle the entire time. My car was out of warranty and Bo did his best to be the conduit between me and Acura. Since then, I bought a 2019 RDX A-spec, traded that in for a 2022 MDX Type S, which I just traded in for a 2024 ZDX Type S.
