I went in just to get numbers on a new vehicle and ended up leaving with a new 2022 Malibu because of how amazing the customer experience is at this store. The location’s manager Rachel was also an amazing help as well! I was on the fence and she came out and lowered the cost for me in order to get the number in the ballpark I was looking for. “I leased a Blazer from Sun Chevy. I went in for an inspection and after 10,800 miles I had 3/32 of tire left on the front. Bridgestone factory tires. I was ignored about the issue from Sun Chevy and Chevy. I can’t believe they put those junk tires on from the factory that wear like they cost $10. Their major rip off of the consumer is unacceptable. We are royally getting screwed then told, Oh, if you want two real tires it’s $700 to match the other two tires. Put the damn good ones on.
