Also my service advisor Tim was super nice and super helpful! The tech (Kai) sent me a video of the issue my car was having which was nice to see it too! “I went in initially to get issues diagnosed on my Jeep, but had to wait a little bit to get a ride home. While I was waiting I started browsing the certified pre-owned cars. Jaime came out to to see if I needed any help, so we looked at a couple vehicles, and I decided to go ahead and just trade my Jeep in for a newer one. Update since buying my Jeep, I brought up on the test drive that there was a road noise that I wanted checked out. I also mentioned a pretty good sized paint chip, was told someone would contact me to make an appt, within 2 or 3 days noticed a clip popping out on my front bumper and a trim piece not closing properly, asked about this in person when I had to stop back by dealership and was told that could be taken care of, and they would have to order the trim piece. Holidays are busy with work and what not, didn't hear anything from anyone. Finally took the jeep to Schwab's to address the road noise to find I had 2 different brand tires on a 4x4 SUV, with driver's side so bald on the inside, I had to replace all 4 tires and have it aligned twice. Mind you I was told this was a certified pre-owned vehicle. Called the dealership to speak to a sales manager, finally got a call back from service, went into service, was told they would get me answer and get back me. Received a call Friday and was told to wait until Monday, it is now Tuesday and still have not heard back. Not very happy, and not sure I have a whole lot of confidence with this dealership and service dept.”
