“I’ve been meaning to do a review as I wanted to get the names of the workers who helped me. But they were amazing, they are very transparent when working with you about buying a car. Of course you still have to find the right price but they are willing to help unlike other dealerships I have been too. Best Toyota around as I went to acouple other locations and like all companies they just wanted to get the most out of you and screw you over but not here. I wanted to share this review because I saw some other ones that created alittle doubt but they were all for maintenance. So I would go in person and see for yourself about how great they are and how they can help you get your car. I am happily driving my new car at a great deal compared to my last Corolla I got at Plano location”

“My wife and I entered the Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney dealership with the intent of exploring a 2025 Toyota Tacoma. We were met by Roger Klein and he talked to us about our desired truck. He showed us several and we test drove the one that had everything we were looking for. Once we returned to the showroom, it was time to discuss financing. We had secured pre-approved financing from our bank and let the team know that, if they could beat the rate, we would go with Toyota financing. Well, they beat the rate and accepted my trade in at the value I asked for (above their initial trade-in offer) and we had a deal. It was an amazingly pleasant surprise and a wonderful experience. I wold definitely recommend this dealership and will happily do business with them again.”

He was also very personable and polite. The best part was that our prepaid servicing required only 45 minutes and Tyge kindly agreed to complete the prepaid service confirmation once their HO opened later in the day and that we could leave immediately!
