āI have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. From scheduling an appointment to walking out with a new set a keys. A seamless experience with great customer service. Excellent experience from sales to finance. We negotiated numbers for my trade-in and made a fantastic deal for my new GMC Sierra 1500. I appreciate every person that was apart of making this deal happen.
I've been to many dealerships and this has been the best experience thus far. I am incredibly happy with my new truck and would highly recommend this location.ā

Chad was extremely helpful with my Hummer EV wheel alignment. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. The truck drives perfectly now. Great customer service and very knowledgeableāhighly recommend asking for Chad.ā

āI am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this dealership. I honestly feel like Iāve been scammed since the moment I bought my vehicle. I paid for an extra warranty that included a full ceramic protection package (interior and exterior), and that was a complete fraud ā all they do is wash the car, but they never actually apply the ceramic coating as they promised.
On top of that, Iāve brought my car in five times just in the last month for simple things like tire rotation and inspection, and they never do the job correctly. Every time they tell me āyour car is ready,ā but when I go pick it up, itās exactly the same ā nothing was done.
Iāve spoken with the service manager multiple times, but nothing ever changes. The service is terrible, the staff donāt communicate, donāt provide updates, and some even speak rudely to customers who are being respectful.
I completely regret buying my car here, because they donāt allow you to take it to another dealer for maintenance, so you end up stuck dealing with people who clearly donāt care about their customers.
At this point, I honestly feel like selling my vehicle because of how disappointed and powerless I feel. I even believe that some employees make fun of me for being Latina and because of my English, which is absolutely unacceptable and discriminatory.
Please, donāt buy a car here and donāt waste your money on their warranties or services. What they promise and what they deliver are two completely different things.ā

āI was interested in purchasing a Buick Envista. One thing about me is that I will do my homework especially when making a major purchase. I live in Houston and there is a plethora of Buick dealerships here. I went on their websites and concluded that I wanted a 2025 because of the rebates/incentives that were offered. After it seeing in person and test driving the Envista, I wanted a black Avenir trim. I searched all Buick dealerships as far as Austin, New Orleans, and DFW for that particular Envista.
I called McKinney Buick GMC on a Saturday and asked to speak with Mr. āTeeā Henderson after seeing a Facebook post about an experience with him. A general manager, Mr. Johnson came on the phone, and told me Mr. Henderson wasnāt in but is there anything he could help me with? I told him what I wanted and he checked out their inventory. He confidently told me in so many words that NO ONE will beat their deal and heāll give the message to Mr. Henderson. In my head, I was like here we go again because I have heard so much āsales talkā from dealerships.
I spoke with Mr. Henderson on that following Monday and he probably thought āthat lady is crazy.ā I then received a text confirming the price. I went to a dealership here in the Houston area that had a black Envista Avenir to see if they could match or beat this price. The salesman told me in so many words that ā1) those numbers are just a gimmick to get you in the dealership, 2) I donāt know why they would give you that number and take a loss like that, 3) if they were serious, they would put it in writing on paper like we are doing, 4) your financing from navy federal is just a pre-approval and not an approvalā. I told the guy āIām glad I came hereā because I knew, this was going to be one of those āI can show you better than I can tell youā situations.
Fast forward, to Thursday and I talked to Mr. Henderson and Johnson because I wanted to make sure I wasnāt coming 4+ hours for just to be played with. They BOTH confirmed, that I had nothing to worry about. I did let them know that I would probably come on Saturday but didnāt know if Iād be catching a flight or driving. On Friday, I confirmed that Iād be driving and what time Iād be arriving.
I got there and they (Mr. Henderson and Johnson) were the same jovial and professional guys that I experienced on the phone. This experience at McKinney Buick was the BEST experience that I had at a dealership out of EVERY experience that I have had. I have had an Isuzu (loooong time ago), Honda, Lexus, Nissan, and Hyundai. The staff was awesome as well.
I STRONGLY suggest giving this dealership your business because they were honest and upfront, but I was too!ā
