“I had a good experience buying a 2019 Chevy Volt here, thanks to Artem, Nestor, Myron, and the rest of the staff. They say in their Google listing that "we focus on transparency, customer satisfaction, and making the car-buying process simple and stress-free" That was my experience. The dealership has a friendly and non-adversarial, yet matter-of-fact vibe. No pressure or head games here. They provided a Carfax report, and the car had been detailed very nicely. A couple things I thought were stand-out qualities post-purchase: The car had no front license plate bracket, (normal in some states), they wanted to install one, but the stock bracket would have to be ordered. They did so, and it was brought to my home two days later, 60 miles from the dealership, and installed by their service manager in my garage. They also performed some minor cosmetic work on the car a few days after that which amounted to a couple hours of labor. I like these folks, and would recommend them.”
