Barbee is down to earth listens to what you need/want and takes you from there. Showed us options after discussing our money flexibility so we knew up front what we could look at comfortably. For us that meant alot, two of our potential vehicles were at the Knoxville location Barbee sent us with Dan and allowed us to test drive another potential there once we got to the Knox location Dan was awesome kept us informed held conversation with our son and helped us test drive the others vehicles and we brought back our dream car (each location works with each other like a seamless team ,that was awesome to see no competition just teamwork) where Barbee worked us the deal of our lives . He took me on two test drives then I realized the third car was actually at another lot, he offered to drive down there himself after business hours to ensure the car would be available for me at this location when they opened the next day. Since the purchase, he has called to ensure everything is going well with the vehicle and got right on something that I realized I needed after I left the lot and made sure I knew he was available if anything came up in the future.”

“I’ve just bought my 3rd car here and was so excited!!! I do absolutely love my truck, but the customer service at “Hepperlys” is definitely not what it used to be prior. Jacob was great! The truck I bought needed an oil change after 3 weeks of owning it, they promised me a referral check if my fiancé bought there then told me AFTER the fact (about a week or so later) that they will no longer honor it because I co-signed on his loan. I told them exactly who I wanted to finance my car through only and they ran my credit with another bank then the one I requested. No one said a word to me until I got a letter in the mail later. When I brought all this up, I got no response except, Sorry. I even talked with a manager about this and he’s words were they’ll call me when my referral check comes in to pick it up. I guess my go to dealership is now a don’t go.”
