“Stopped by on my way to work. 24 minutes later I was done my purchase and on my way. No stupid "I have to talk to my manager" and someone pressuring you to add a bunch of stuff on to the price of your car. Just good honest salesman. Thank you Mr Johnson for understanding my needs and your lighting fast performance. Buying a car shouldn't be an all day event. Hagerstown ford, I hope your taking notes 📝”

“I want to document my experience with King Motors clearly and chronologically so others know what to expect. I have messages and recordings for everything stated below.
• I purchased a Mustang from this dealership.
• On the first day of ownership, the check engine light came on.
• I immediately brought the car back for service, where the dealership kept it for almost two weeks.
• During service, I was told they had “discovered” the car had a tune and nitrous installed. Which was never told to me at the sale.
• I was then told that because of the tune, I would just have to “deal with” the engine light.
• While the car was in their possession, I personally had to point out an exhaust leak that somehow went unnoticed by their service department.
• I later learned there is no nitrous system on the car at all — no bottle, no lines, no components — which raises serious concerns about the accuracy of their inspection and diagnosis.
• I got the car back with the engine light still unresolved.
• Shortly after, the car developed serious shifting issues and clutch/pedal problems.
• When I contacted the dealership again, I was told these issues were not covered under warranty and they could not help.
• I asked about the dealership’s 30-day guarantee and was told the vehicle was sold in “good condition,” so no assistance would be provided.
At no point did the dealership take responsibility for selling a car with an engine light on day one, returning it from service without resolving the issue, or for the major drivability problems that followed almost immediately.
Being told to ignore an engine warning light, being given false information about major modifications, and having obvious issues missed unless the customer points them out is unacceptable.
The message from this dealership was clear: once the sale was complete, the problems became mine.
If you are considering buying a vehicle here, get an independent inspection and do not rely on dealership inspections or representations.
I would not recommend King Motors to anyone.

“My fiance Justin and I came in on Saturday not sure what our options were financially to get a vehicle suitable for our family of 5. We were approved and shown the PERFECT 2017 Ford Explorer with low miles. Chris knew what we wanted and needed before we even had to tell him our "wants and needs". Within an hour we were on our way! I highly suggest anyone looking for a new to you car...come here!”
