Jason was super friendly and got me squished in on the schedule after I realized I needed my truck looked over quickly before a long road trip. Waiting room was great (padded chairs, TV not blaring and not on the news, drinks snd snacks and magazines, decorated for Christmas) which was good because I was there a little while (I knew I would be, they were up front about how long it would take). They gave me an estimate for the work and parts, and then it actually ended up being a little cheaper which was a nice surprise. Also, as soon as I got my truck back and started driving, I was super pleased because it was clear that the work done addressed my issues- everything was running smooth again. “I have to admit that my initial visit was upsetting. However Sebastian was persistent in getting me the best deal he possibly could. I came back the next day and purchased the vehicle I love. Sebastian is not one of those pushy salesmen. He was patient and understanding. Drew was very informative during our finance document signing. The only downfall was that the detail department did not do such a great job on cleaning the car and drying it. The roof was still dirty and there were streaks and runs all over the van.”
