“I bought a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited out right from CMA's chrysler dodge jeep ram. I made the purchase out of the state I live in and the dealership made the paperwork somewhat difficult by not knowing and or telling me exactly how the title transfer process would work and after not receiving my title and registration card for 45 or more days I had to basically figure it out on my own and explain to the dealership what to do and what was explained to me the day I agreed to purchase the Jeep. Also, I opted not to purchase an extended warranty and their base warranty is only 3 months 3000 miles which Ithought was pretty sad. Previously I purchased a vehicle from another dealership in Pa without an extended warranty and it was at least 6 months/6000 miles. After owning the vehicle for a month or so and figuring out all its features I realized the drivers side heated seats wasn't operating properly. I notified the dealer and they said it wasn't covered. I guarantee the heated seat didn't work the day I left the dealership and they missed the issue while performing their used car check as well as I did during the 20 minute test drive. I guess overall I am somewhat satisfied with the experience I had and I feel the vehicle that I purchased was a good value.”

Jason was super friendly and got me squished in on the schedule after I realized I needed my truck looked over quickly before a long road trip. Waiting room was great (padded chairs, TV not blaring and not on the news, drinks snd snacks and magazines, decorated for Christmas) which was good because I was there a little while (I knew I would be, they were up front about how long it would take). They gave me an estimate for the work and parts, and then it actually ended up being a little cheaper which was a nice surprise. Also, as soon as I got my truck back and started driving, I was super pleased because it was clear that the work done addressed my issues- everything was running smooth again.
