“Our salesmen Mike was nice and that’s about it. Don Vance only cares about the sale it seems. I purchased a car and was promised the damages to the outside would be fixed. That never was and they did not take anything off the sale price due to damage because they said it “would be fixed.” First car we tested and would have been sold to us (if we didn’t test drive) clearly had something wrong with it. The sound it made was horrible. Now over a year later i still have trouble getting anything done with Don Vance. They get you in quickly complete your sale and then that’s it. They don’t value you as a customer. I’ve only had two encounters with people that were pleasant. Everyone else has been pretty rude or unhelpful. I’m so beyond frustrated with them and would not recommend purchasing a vehicle with them. They 100% took advantage of me and i wanted to believe the better and fell for it. Don’t make the same mistakes i did.”

“In 2021 my husband and I bought a new Jeep from Don Vance. Experience at that time was great! And then, everything started to go down hill. In 2023 we decided to buy a truck. We live over a hour from Don Vance and found a used truck online that we liked. My husband called and spoke with a sales man who assured my husband there was not any rust on the truck, we decided to go check it out because it was exactly what we were looking for, get there, and low and behold, the whole underneath was rusted out. That was just a minor thing, but still annoying. Fast forward to now, I took my jeep into the shop for service work. Check engine light came on and I needed an oil change. Took it to the shop to find out that I needed to pay $160 for a “diagnostic exam” and $650 for SPARK PLUGS (only the plugs. No coils) I refused to have the plugs replaced there, however, my oil was to be changed. I get home and my husband changed my spark plugs and coils (all for less than what Don Vance wanted for just plugs). That’s not the kicker though, my oil that was supposed to had been changed, was a quart and a half low…. Don Vance service department is a joke and full of idiots that are a pain in the butt to deal with. Never would I recommend this Dealer Ship to anyone.”

“I'm in the Milwaukee area and inquired about a late model Ram. Mike was quick to reply and very accommodating. I wanted some factory modifications made and the dealership was excellent in getting those modifications installed. It was six (6) days from the time of my first inquiry to the time I took delivery. I rarely trade in my existing vehicle, but the dealership offered me a fair price and working with the General Manager, Dave, was easy and fair. Robyn, in the finance department, took care of everything I needed and I was in and out quickly to begin my 550 mile trip home. Well done, friends, I'll look you up when I'm looking to buy again. “Just bought a 2023 Escape. Boone Raney was my salesperson. Very friendly, knowledgeable. Easy to talk to and patient. We went back and forth from either lot a couple times looking at several escapes and he was patient and courteous the whole time. Awesome experience.”
