If I could give negative stars I would. Clearly do not care about the customer. The worse dealership in Pittsburgh. They do not represent the brand. I have already contacted Bentley corporate to vent my frustration Had my vehicle for months in order to repair a damaged side mirror. The communication was diabolical as I was the one that had to consistently call. I was lied to many times by the service dept around timing of parts etc. I needed a new windshield due to a chip in it and I can't count how many times I was told it had arrived but it did not. They also did my scheduled maintenance and delivered the car with engine covers loose under the hood and a check engine light on. Called and asked for the GM he then connected me with the Service Manger who gave me a bunch of lip service around making it right. That was July 21st this year and have not heard a word from him. Complete joke !!! I will never buy a car from these people, especially when you're spending 300K . I know they don't care about this review as they do not respond to any review good or bad.

My recent car buying experience at this dealership was far from the "luxury" standard these brands are suppose to represent. I contacted the dealership, agreed to purchase a vehicle over the phone for the asking price, and even placed a deposit. I patiently waited to complete the transaction and repeatedly followed up with the salesman, only to be met with vague responses and what felt like intentional delay tactics. After two weeks of chasing updates, I was abruptly told, "we can't sell you the car," without any clear explanation. I attempted to escalate the matter to management, but received no response at all. As someone who has purchased vehicles from Lamborghini and Aston Martin, I can confidently say this was the worst experience I've had with a so-called luxury dealership. The complete lack of professionalism, transparency, and basic customer services extremely disappointing. I would strongly caution others before considering doing business here.

We purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and our experience was great. Tim Walsh helped us, he was amazing with our 4 year old and made us feel so welcomed. We have never had such a great experience at a dealership, Tim really made it easy. I highly recommend this dealership whether you’re buying new or used! Thank you for an awesome experience.
