“Received incorrect information about my power train warranty. I now have to work back with GM customer service to request a refund for $800 for services rendered that did not even fix my vehicle. They also told me to drive to another dealership to get my car fixed because it would take “weeks and weeks” to get my car serviced by them. And they said the other dealer servicer would be the one to submit the reimbursement on my behalf. Of course when I took my car to the next shop they completely denied that and said it has nothing to do with them so they wouldnt be able to assist. So disappointing. Especially because my car is still not drive able and I paid a LARGE amount of money which should have been completely free. Now I have to do all of the work to advocate for what should have been handled properly. There’s so much more I could say about this experience, specific to the issues I have with my vehicle but I don’t want to waste my time if no one is going to actually do anything with this survey. Pictures show that my car is STILL leaking significant amount of oil both before AND after Ourisman worked on my vehicle.”
