“This dealership is extremely unprofessional, dishonest, and manipulative. I was there for OVER 6 HOURS and they did nothing but play games. They refused to negotiate, would not give an out- the-door-price, and tried to sneak add-ons and fees into the deal without explaining them. If you ask questions, they dodge them. If you push for transparency, they shut down. That alone tells you everything. The salesperson Deandre was completely inappropriate. After I explained my situation and he claimed he would “work with me,” he instead started asking me on dates and prying into my personal life. This is beyond unprofessional and made me extremely uncomfortable. The managers were useless careless, dismissive, and acted like they couldn’t hear me when I raised valid concerns. No accountability, no respect, no customer service. This place does NOT care about customers. They care about squeezing every dollar out of you and wasting your time. DO NOT COME HERE. If you value honesty, transparency, or basic respect, go somewhere else.”
