They have an outstanding service department which includes quick lane service and an amazing body shop when unfortunate accidents arise. “Joel in the service dept was amazing. I had questions about some recalls Id been needing addressed for over a year. My local dealerships wouldn't or couldn't accommodate the recalls. Joel got me scheduled for the recall work immediately. I live 70 plus miles from the dealership and it was definitely worth the drive to have Watermark Hyundai of Marion meet my vehicle needs. Appt was at 10am, I got there a little early, got checked in. They have a VERY nice customers lounge with drinks/snacks (that weren't old or stale 😁) Very clean bathrooms, a viewing bay to see the vehicles being worked on. Checked out a little after 11am with all recalls fixed. Great experience and its worth the drive for sure.”

“This a fantastic place to buy a used car. Everything is upfront and no-pressure.
I inquired about a used vehicle online and got a response within 12 hours. I asked specific questions via email and quickly got specific answers. I also got a breakdown of the "off the lot" cost without prompting, including fees and taxes for the current sticker price.
When I went to look at the car, the sales rep, Jeff, had the vehicle ready for me to view. He provided a list of repairs done since arriving at Watermark, and he continued to answer any of my questions. Jeff NEVER pressured me for specific financing, warranties, or other vehicles. He was also incredibly kind.
When I decided to purchase the vehicle, we had no pressure to pick specific warranties or add-ons, and we were given a clear list of options. No surprise charges appeared from the initial review.
