“Experience purchasing was easy. I would say customer service needs work for sure. Bought a mini Cooper as a gift for my daughter’s sweet 16. Parked it essentially with only driving it to wash and fill with gas after getting home in Warner Robins. She received the car on 6/7. By 6/14 it was parked and unable to drive due to an issue with the camshaft. I’m not saying they knew about it…but it was driven less than 430 miles total and wasn’t given right away since it was a gift and was hidden for a few weeks. SMT stated they only help if it occurs “within a week or so” of purchase. Just keep that in mind if you purchase from them and have ANY issue with the vehicle, speak up quickly and maybe you will receive some help. **EDITED: I was also told it was 4 new tires and have already had to replace one due to low tread. The other 3 are not new either. Do not trust this dealership.”

“I had a positive experience purchasing a 2013 EX-L Honda Pilot from Amir at SMT Motors in November of 2024. He was straight forwards with communication on the condition of the vehicle and allowed me to take it to my personal mechanic. l did have to put in some extra money after purchase to get the control arms replaced and new brake pads installed at my mechanic but I feel it is to be expected with used vehicles. I’ve been driving the Pilot to and from work for over five months now and have had no issues. If you are in the market to purchase a used vehicle in great condition I highly recommend SMT Motors.
