“I found a really nice car here that I had been looking for for a while. It was a certain spec that wasn't exactly common so I was glad when I came across it with all of the features I was looking for. I've been driving the car for a few weeks now and I feel like I've made a good purchase. The people at the Dealership were friendly enough and pretty helpful. They allowed me to have the car inspected, although I had to have the mechanic come to the dealer as opposed to taking it to the shop like I was used too. But it worked out well I found a service I was comfortable with for that and the dealer was very accommodating. When some small concerns came back from the inspection (minor electrical and mechanical fixes, nothing serious or worrisome) they went the extra mile to take care of them without hassle or up charge which i really appreciated and thought showed their integrity and confidence in what they were selling. They had alot of nice cars on the lot that all seemed to be well taken care of and reasonably priced. All in all it was a positive experience for me and I would recommend them. Lisa was the salesperson that took care of me and she was great too, she allowed me to have a smooth buying experience, answered any questions I had, and kept in contact throughout the process without the pushy sales stuff you get from some car salespeople. Im sure they have other great salespeople, but if i were you I'd ask for Lisa. I bought a BMW 535i and im very pleased.”

“Stay away from Cobb Luxury Cars, not serious people at all, made me waste my time, playing games changing the trade in value of my car in order to scam me a couple thousand dollars. Once I agreed on a $21,500 trade in value with Alex the owner, Sia the salesman created a bill of sale for my bank with a $19.999 trade in value and increased the price online of their vehicle by $4,000. When I confronted them they told me the other $1,500 was going towards the taxes of the sale. I canceled the deal and they came back to me offering a $20,500 trade in value which I think was still a fair deal and accepted it. When I went to do the trade in they drove test and scanned my car for the second time and said everything was good with the car, we signed all the paperwork but the bank was close and they couldn’t get the released of the title. Next morning they called saying the new trade in value was going to be $18,500 and I had to come up with $2,000 out of pocket. Definitely do not recommend doing business with these people that won’t honor their word Update after business reply: Car was exactly in the same condition as the first time, and they just keep lying, now they’re saying it’s the powertrain, when in the morning they said something different and the day before after scanning the car the mechanic said everything was fine. I took my car to another mechanic, they scanned it and indeed nothing is wrong with the car, no red codes, no powertrain malfunction. Attached pictures of the scan”

“This dealer makes a living selling defective cars while telling you they are in good shape. READ ALL REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING. I failed to read reviews before buying and we thought we were getting a good deal with our Cadillac Escalade, not only we bought it, but we brought it to PR only to discover all malfunctions when we went to pick it up at port and it would not start, we had to tow it home the next day. We were lucky we bought with credit card and third party so purchase protection covered us by LEMON LAW and we were able to get part of our money back, with pictures and videos proof, and certified mechanics certifications. My recommendation? if you HAVE to buy here, Don't pay Cash or check, nor use financing, use JUST credit cards or paypal because your car will burst a few days after purchase and you will NOT be covered by them and will be stuck with a useless car having to spend thousands on repairs, it took us over a month to get it running. They outsmart you with all the mechanic programmings that last from hours to days or even weeks and then play dumb when you present the issue, they claim it was good when it left the dealer and that you bought it "as is". They even had the nerve to leave a review on our business alleging we "robbed them of their money". I really hope this review helps others who make such a hard effort to buy a car only to get scammed by unscrupulous sellers and managers. Look up your rights and make them count.”
