When the financing wasn’t where I wanted it and I was ready to walk—not because of him—Cole stepped in, spoke up for me, and somehow made the deal work. You’d never know it. Professional, confident, and just an all-around great experience. Would 100% work with Cole again. Edit 2/26/26: Having issues with finance/accounting. The payoff of my vehicle has not been received by my previous lender. I was told it would take 12 Days, then 15 Days, then 20 Days. We are currently on day 24 and no one will return my calls. I've been told several times I would be called back that day, however nothing. I ended up getting a ding on my credit score as well as a late fee because I was told everything would be taken care of in a specific time frame and this has still not happened. I also wanted to add another thing about the finance department. When coming in to purchase the vehicle I had a pre approval from Ford and was going to use them as my lender. Which I did. I knew this going into looking at the vehicle and told the team that my credit should only be ran once. Low and behold it was ran 4 different time and each time I received the hit, I would look my sales guy and tell him to go tell them to stop. This never happened. With all the hits, my credit dropped 40 points because of it. I feel as if I was told everything I needed to hear to get me into the new car and after I was off the lot, haven't heard from anyone. which is why I am not relying on the review. Maybe someone will call me back after seeing this.”
