“I definitely recommend anyone getting their vehicle serviced here to ask for Nicole. She was incredibly sweet, helpful, and very clear about what was going on with my truck and what the next steps would be. Her communication was excellent from start to finish.
I was very upfront about my situation, and she could tell how hesitant I was—especially since the next step would have cost $10k+. She gave me the time and space I needed to think it through and make arrangements, without any pressure or rushing. After careful consideration, I decided not to move forward and pulled my vehicle out. Most places would’ve rushed me or said “too late, we already started,” but she was understanding and respectful, and for that I’m truly grateful.
We were also far from home (TX), and I just didn’t feel comfortable leaving my truck so far away. She completely understood. On top of all that, she had the cutest little mini ducks at her desk. When I mentioned my daughter loves collecting mini figurines, she offered for me to take some home for my kids. That small, thoughtful gesture meant so much—especially being far from home and my children. It brought comfort and when I FaceTimed them to show them it put smiles on their faces!
Amazing customer service, genuine kindness, and a place that truly cares about people—not just money. Highly recommend”

“Cabral Motors is not very organized, and some employees are just not very friendly. But what really upset me is when I pick up my Van. They brought it to me and walked away. I got in and saw the Easy Lock floor controllers for the wheelchair lockdowns were hanging from the dash. These were attached by the Mobility company that installed them for me but after servicing my vehicle at Cabral, they left it as if nothing was wrong or like they didn't see it. Not even addressing the problem. Since I do have a very difficult time walking, I didn't feel like walking back inside and asking why they left it unfinished. If employees or businesses wonder, why there is a lack of loyalty by the customers, or they are not seeing as much business lately. I think it starts with taking care of the customers or they won't come back. Smile and address them like they appreciate the customers shopping or at Cabral, or having a vehicle serviced there or even just the presence of a customer walking into the building. As I walked into the main lobby to pick up the Van. One person smiled and said hello. 2 other guys, (Salesman I assumed), were sitting at their desk on their phones. Looked up, said hello and looked back down at their phone. After having the Van serviced, I asked myself why I would ever want to return to a business like this again if I really didn't have to enter the business. Why Dodge and not Ford? Why Cabral instead of another Dodge service elsewhere. I assumed it was person I spoke with was the service manager was a very unfriendly person and didn't show me he cared at all. I'm an older guy that has problems walking. I said I was here to pick up my van. He said go over there and ask the guy in there the room for your van. Instead of seeing I was having difficulty walking and say, wait here and I'll have someone bring your van as he sat on his stool looking busy? There is no personal service at Cabral Motor. If there is and people were having a bad day, they need to leave it at home or outside. Customer service brings in customers. The parts guy was great and helpful with my questions. The young woman at the cashier counter was very nice too. It takes one guy and apparently the service manager in charge to have me write this unfriendly review. I didn't volunteer this info. Cabral sent an email asking for me to review the experience. If you really want the truth and plan on doing something with it. Work on getting your employees to treat the customers with total respect and maybe even the same way they would treat their own mother or father or grandparents when a customer comes in. I hate to be so blunt, but I've lived in Manteca for almost 50 years. I purchased a couple vehicles from Cabral but my last 2 was a Jeep and a Ram Van. I went to Lodi Dodge and another dealer for my 2024 Ram Van because Cabral just couldn't go the extra mile to help me. I hate to see local businesses close up but if Cabral does close one day, I'll understand why! Employees will be crying because they lost their job. Some of your employees are letting their jobs slip through their finger right now and don't realize it's their own fault if they become unemployed.”

“We had an amazing experience from start to finish! We found the truck on their website, went in to check it out, and asked if it could be cleaned since we were interested in purchasing it. Adam took my information over the phone and had the financing approved within just 30 minutes.
After the test drive, we loved it and decided to move forward. Ash and Adam handled all the paperwork seamlessly, and we were in and out in under two hours. The entire team was fantastic—professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. It truly felt like they valued us as customers, not just as a sale. Highly recommend!”
