“A nail went into my tire thankfully when I was next to Hondru as I was heading to a very important meeting. They understood how stressed I was and had my spare tire on my car in 10 minutes so I could get to my destination. They fixed my other tire so I would swing by after the meeting to have it put back on. I can’t tell you how grateful I am for their help! They saved the day!! Highly recommend!”

“My elderly widowed mother purchased her car brand new here in 2006 and has done all her regular maintenance and inspections with Hondru since. Her headlight switch recently failed. The service department kept her car all day only to tell her the switch was no longer available and they could not fix the car and, charged her $315 and sent her on her way with no headlights.I live a few hundred miles away and decided to call a local shop recommended from a friend. They were able to replace the switch within a couple hours and charged less to actually fix the car then the $315 Honduras stole from a loyal elderly widow. Will never do business again.”

“Had the best experience buying a Certified Pre-Owned GMC Terrain yesterday. Alex, Russ, and Ian were extremely helpful throughout the entire process as I was a major worry-ward going into my next SUV purchase. Went in last Wednesday just to test drive/feel it out, ended up loving it, and held their word holding it until I got back from vacation Monday. They were able to match the Carvana and Carmax trade in value for my Jeep Cherokee. They work closely with PSECU making it a super easy process. Everyone says “don’t trust a sales guy” but definitely felt their transparency on the quality of their vehicles and care for customers. Thank you all!!”
