“I was not a customer of Mercedes-Benz of Manchester, but needed a spare part. I got extremely courteous service from the service dept. Unfortunately, an issue came up and I had to speak to the Parts Manager, Anthony Pomponio. I had thought it will be a difficult call. But to my extreme surprise, I spoke to him on the phone, explained my problem and voilà, it was taken care of right on that phone call. He sent me a follow-up email too. One does not experience such extremely prompt and courteous and friendly customer service and though I normally don't write reviews, I am going out of the way to pen this. Thanks Anthony, employees like you are the backbone of any organisation and it is people like you who bring back repeat customers. You might be 30 miles away from us, but it will be worth my drive.”

“Unfortunately just because you are in a MB, does not equal god level road rules. Not sure if you have licensed drivers at this location. But let me educate you on road etiquette. If you are approaching a merge area and you are not the vehicle in the front that would put you behind the vehicle that is in front of you. If you notice a solid line to your left and a solid line to your right that means it is a single vehicle lane. These usually happen after the merge dotted line. I know it’s tough for you people to drive like the rest of us peasants, but road rules, are road rules.”

“Had a great experience at Mercedes-Benz of Manchester! We ordered/purchased a 2026 GLE450 and GLS450. Jay Pichardo is a seasoned professional and goes above and beyond for his clients. I have been working with him for 8 years and he never fails. GM Phil Bova has been great to work with as well. Transparent and quick process working out numbers. Zero games. We did have a carrier related damage issue on the GLE450. This is where dealerships quickly succeed or fail. Phil took quick action and had it corrected next business day.
