“Veterans, African Americans, and informed buyers clearly aren’t welcomed at Manchester Motors.
I had been keeping an eye on a vehicle there for a few months. By the time I went in, it had been sitting on their lot for 190 days. I sent an inquiry early that morning and got a response confirming it was still available. When I asked for the out-the-door price, I was handed off to the Sales Consultant/Business Development Manager, who sent the numbers.
I made a counteroffer. Their response? “That’s not even close.” No conversation, no negotiation — just a quick, dismissive reply. I was expecting at least a counter-proposal or a “today only” offer.
I went in anyway to test drive the vehicle without an appointment. After the drive, I was ready to move forward, but I wanted a new inspection since the last one was five months ago. The tires showed wear, and the low tire pressure light was on. I was told that could be arranged — but only if I signed that night.
I mentioned I’m a veteran and pre-approved through USAA. That’s when things changed. The Sales Manager told me they don’t accept USAA pre-approvals and that I’d have to finance through them. I was also told a wholesale buyer was coming the next morning.
So I left.
About an hour and a half later, I checked the website and saw the price had gone up $3,000 — after months of consistent pricing, and even discounts. Over the next couple of days, they called, emailed, and left voicemails saying the vehicle was still available, inviting me back. I thought it was supposed to be sold the next morning?
The whole experience felt off — pressured to sign immediately, blocked from using my own financing, conflicting information, and sloppy communication with multiple typos. It just didn’t sit right.
Buyers should be cautious.”

“I can't say enough positive things about Manchester Motors. Went for a test drive with Ron, and he was the friendliest guy. Never any pressure to make a purchase, instead he genuinely seemed that he wanted us to buy the right car for our family's needs. We decided to test drove some other cars at a different dealer, evaluated our options, and went back to Manchester Motors. They had the car we wanted listed at a very fair price. The car was clean, hadn't been in an accident, and the pricing was upfront and transparent (unlike the other dealer).
Thanks to Ron, Nate, & Chris for making this car purchase as easy as they come!”

“We had a great experience buying a car from Manchester Motors. Ron and Chris were welcoming, honest, and very easy to work with, and the entire process was quick and straightforward. Low pressure as well!
They were especially accommodating to our family and even had toys for our daughter to play with, which we really appreciated. Most importantly, we got an excellent deal on a car we had been searching for everywhere. The vehicle was in great condition and exactly as described.
We felt confident and comfortable throughout the purchase and would absolutely work with Manchester Motors again. Highly recommend Ron and Chris to anyone looking for a smooth and trustworthy car-buying experience.”

“I had been shopping for two trucks for my mother in-law's business. I must have previewed nearly 40 vehicles. Once I came across the listing on Manchester Motor's site, I called and made arrangements to preview the vehicle. I found them to be professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was confident that the price they had posted was a good and fair market value for the vehicle I selected. The process was simple and made easy by their staff. Ron was easy to work with and answered all of my questions. Please note, I drove 2 hours to their location and it was well worth the drive.
