“They are only good to take the money from your hand. But if you need anything from there after regardless you new car they don’t care, I purchase a car, the dashboards was clean, esthetic ok, they said no accidents and was looking good. 50 miles later the check engine was on and the motor was hot. I call them and they basically say it’s my problem. I took the car to the mechanic and was needing a new motor. Besides that they fill wrong the registration and the plate delayed to be shipped to me which is understandable, everybody commit mistakes. The problem is that they don’t tell you. I only asked them to inform me what they figure out and at the end they did nothing. Bring your awn mechanic to the place if you wanna buy here. Make sure you stay on top of them for the registration””

“What you see is not what you get. The picture on the left is what's posted on the web page. The picture on the right is what the front interior actually looks like. This 2005 X-Type looks great online, but in reality doesn't look good at all. The photos are staged and far enough away that you don't notice the missing center hub on the left front wheel or the dented and peeling deck lid edge. Also, go to the reviews, select all and sort by newest. As of the time of this review, roughly 60 of the 314 reviews were posted exactly four days ago...all 5 star, of course. Many other cars here are similarly misrepresented on the web page.”

“Go see Earl at J's auto. Friendly service that you would expect from a mom and pop business. We came to look at one truck a 2021 ram. We took it on a test drive. He didn't try and bs us about anything with the vehicle. He pointed out any of the flaws before we could even see them. He didn't try and upsell us on something we didn't want, no bait and switch. We were even able to haggle with him to get a few different things from them. Finance office was awesome. They shop for rates at a variety of lenders so you don't have to. Bottom line is this is a great place to purchase a quality used car without all of the pressure or bs. Will be happy to purchase our next vehicle from them in the future. Update, wish I could give them 6 out of 5 stars. Dropped the truck off yesterday to have the leather seats installed, they had a loaner ready for me to use. Earl who sold us the truck installed the leather overnight, he didn't finish until 4am. That man has continued to go above and beyond at every single opportunity. I don't know if I will ever want to buy another vehicle from somebody else.”
