“Here is my review. Bought this brand new car. At 200 miles a tires side wall blows out. At 450 miles an engine light comes on. Piece of garbage. And there are scratches in the paint and on the rims. Under the car is full of surface rust. ..I'll never ever buy a car from here EVER..and when I originally got there to look at cars. The salesman turns his back on me and walks away. Cause I didn't like a price..f this place becareful”

“Had an amazing experience buying my current car here. As I live further away I contacted my needs to the sales member Hassan over the phone and they were very accommodating. This was also my first time getting a car in the US, and they were very helpful throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Hassan to anyone looking to buy a car.”

“I needed a new car quickly as I had just totaled my previous car and my sales representative, Nickia, was so helpful and really took care of me. In fact, the entire team was accommodating during this difficult transition. Even when more work needed to be done on my new car, they still made sure I had transportation in the meantime. Overall, this is a team you can trust to have your best interest!”

“I normally don’t write bad reviews, but my experience at this Nissan dealership has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
At only 15,000 miles, I noticed my car vibrating while braking. I explained this clearly to the service department, but they insisted it just needed a brake fluid flush—which already seemed odd for such low mileage. A few days later, the exact same issue came back.
When I returned (around 18,000 miles), I was told my rear brake pads were worn down to the metal. The advisor rudely told me it was because of “the way I drive,” and that’s why the car vibrates. They replaced the pads and rotors, but the problem persisted.
On my next visit, they finally admitted the issue was with the front brake calipers, which are covered under warranty. I was also told I’d be refunded for the rear brakes. That was four months ago—and I still haven’t seen the refund. Every time I call, the “concerned person” is conveniently unavailable. I leave messages, but nobody ever calls back. The only time I actually got an update was when I physically went to the service shop.
This dealership has shown poor communication, lack of accountability, and questionable diagnostic practices. Instead of resolving the problem efficiently, they gave me excuses and pushed unnecessary repairs. I regret trusting them with my car and would not recommend this service department to anyone.”
