“Extremely disappointing experience with Kargar Nation. I purchased a used car from this dealership a few months ago, and what should’ve been an exciting milestone has turned into a nightmare. The sales team rushed us multiple sets of paperwork, pushed us to sign without explaining anything, and assured us the vehicle was fully serviced and in great shape. That was absolutely false. Within weeks, the car developed serious issues — including an engine leak — and it still hasn’t passed inspection. In the beginning, they seemed more than willing to help us resolve a lot of the issues. After having us drive back-and-forth, they did end up replacing the tires. When I tried reaching out for help with more concerning issues, my calls were ignored or abruptly disconnected. The complete lack of honesty, responsibility, and customer care is shocking. They were caring and seemed genuine during the sale, but once they got the money, they disappeared. I trusted them because I thought a dealership would have integrity — I was wrong. If you value your hard-earned money and peace of mind, avoid Kargar Nation. I’m writing this because no one else should have to go through what I am currently.”
