“Overall, I had a very poor experience at this dealership. I went there interested in purchasing a truck. After parking my vehicle, I walked around the lot for some time. Although the dealership appeared busy, no salesperson came outside to greet me or ask what I was looking for. Because of this, I went inside to ask for assistance with viewing the truck I was interested in.
A pleasant young lady helped me by putting my name on a list to be assigned a salesperson. Shortly after, another female employee asked me a few questions and then passed me along to a male salesperson. I explained to him the vehicle I planned to trade in and made it very clear that I was only looking for a rough estimate of its trade-in value based on the year, condition, and mileage. I also wanted to test drive the truck I was interested in.
Unfortunately, the salesperson became immediately distracted when two other customers arrived, who I believe were scheduled or had prior contact with him. His attention shifted completely to them, and instead of helping me, he repeatedly insisted that I bring my truck in for an appraisal. I calmly explained several times that I only wanted a rough estimate and a test drive before driving to Culpeper to pick up my truck and bring it back for a full appraisal.
He then stepped away, claiming he was going to retrieve the truck I wanted to see, but it never arrived. After about 10 minutes, he returned, and once again I had to explain that I simply wanted to test drive the vehicle to confirm it was what I wanted. Instead of accommodating this request, he went to speak with what I assume was a sales manager and then returned to tell me that they would likely offer a very low trade-in value without physically seeing my truck.
At that point, I left feeling annoyed and dissatisfied. At the very least, the salesperson should have allowed me to see and test drive the truck I was interested in purchasing. I will not be returning to or recommending this dealership. They lost out on a quick and serious sale, as I went to another dealership and purchased a newer, more expensive truck than the one they had listed.”

“I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. My experience was extremely disappointing. They were not honest about the car’s condition or the financing terms. After being promised a fair deal, I found out later that they added a very high interest rate and extra hidden fees.
The vehicle I purchased started having problems shortly after buying it, and when I contacted them, they offered little to no help. It’s clear they care more about making a quick sale than treating customers with honesty or respect.
If you’re thinking about buying a car here, be very careful—read everything before signing and make sure you check the car thoroughly. I wish I had gone somewhere else.”

“Drove 8 hours to buy a Jeep that had a “
clean” carfax and was told it was a solid Jeep by Alex. Got there and was told they had to get it from storage, that was a lie. They were working on it out in the parking lot. Also it was involved in a roll over and repaired by a third grader.”
