“Let's start off with: I only gave them one star because you have to give them one. I would have liked to give them negative stars! We thought we were getting a 2014 Ram pickup, but we got a lemon. It didn't pass MD inspection. We got it on a Sunday, and on Monday we were taking it back so that they could fix what needed to be fixed. Someone called and said that the truck was ready. We drove 2 hours and 22 minutes to get the truck, all for them to tell me that someone made a mistake and that the truck was not ready. They texted and said that the truck was ready on a Thursday. We went and got it and returned it on Friday. There was more stuff wrong with the truck after they were supposed to fix it the first time. They told me that it would count as a repo against me because I no longer wanted the lemon. This place is the worst place to buy a vehicle, and they have poor customer service!”

““What’s he gonna do, drive back to Massachusetts?” That was the question that the manager of this dealership texted my salesman when I asked for my measly $500 deposit back due to discrepancies that were not disclosed to me on 5+ different phone calls I had with them. I was assured there was only one thing wrong with the M6: the DSC light. They were completely dishonest about that as the dashboard was falling apart, the driver’s mirror was broken, and the washer pump did not work. The dash alone is a $800 part used, so I was understandably upset and asking to renegotiate the price. But no. Instead I was completely disrespected and taken advantage of. They knew I loved the car and made a 10 hour trip with an overnight stay for this car. Not only that, but I was told I’d get a 2 year warranty at $3500 with the purchase price of $20,000 for the M6. Wrong. They only got me a 1 year, $700 warranty and brought the purchase price up to $23,700. So not only was I disrespected, I was lied to. If I could have found this vehicle with this low mileage and these options I would have bought it literally anywhere else. Do not buy from here.”

“I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. My experience was extremely disappointing. They were not honest about the car’s condition or the financing terms. After being promised a fair deal, I found out later that they added a very high interest rate and extra hidden fees. The vehicle I purchased started having problems shortly after buying it, and when I contacted them, they offered little to no help. It’s clear they care more about making a quick sale than treating customers with honesty or respect. If you’re thinking about buying a car here, be very careful—read everything before signing and make sure you check the car thoroughly. I wish I had gone somewhere else.”
