βI can't say enough good things about House of Kars, Cristian, and his entire team. I went into the car buying process with a lot of hesitation, fully expecting high-pressure sales tactics and insincerity. Instead, I was met with genuine kindness, down-to-earth people, and absolutely zero pressure.
The entire process was smooth, unbelievably quick, and completely stress-free. After the sale, I experienced a couple of minor inconveniences with the truck--not major issues, just small things--and Cristian stayed in contact and went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. He had no obligation to help post-sale, but when I mentioned the issues, he said, "We take care of our people." And he truly meant it. They are under no obligation to stay in cotact about this sale considering I did not sign up for a warranty. Other dealerships would have turned the other way.
Even during a particularly busy time when the dealership was short-staffed and dealing with a rush of customers, Cristian still made time to take my calls and ensure the truck was looked at. That level of care and commitment is rare.
I couldn't recommend House of Kars more. If you're looking for a place where you'll be treated with respect, honesty, and genuine hospitality, this is it. I will absolutely continue to recommend them--and I'll be back myself for any future vehicle needs.β

We ended up with a great used vehicle that we absolutely love, and the entire process was smooth, stress-free, and fair. The price was more than reasonable, and we felt confident and supported every step of the way.

βBuyer beware!! I recently went here to buy a BMW X1 and am having a horrible experience. I noticed after driving back home that the car would shake ferociously when braking. I was scared the car would swerve off the road so I called Christian to express my concerns. He initially tried to say I would be responsible for paying for repairs, how? The car had just "passed" inspection so they must have some sort of agreement with inspector. After further inspecting the vehicle I noticed the car had actually been in an accident (even though it was listen as no accident) and repairs were made with drywall screws and "black putty." I had made an appointment for my rotors to be repaired and when I arrived was told I would need to wait 3hrs before they could get to me. Currently my tags have expired and when I called to get an update from Christian, he hadn't even filed for them yet claiming he thought I would be getting them myself. I was charged for for tax, title and processing fees already, lied to about car accident history, and then had to fight for them to correct their mistake selling a car with warped rotors. I was also pressured into signing paperwork quickly and I am realizing they also scammed me into paying more for this vehicle. It was listed on their site for 14k but was charged 19k on top of the fees and insurance. Overall, it was a truly terrible experience managed by Christian.β
