“I seen a post on Facebook market place for a Lexus GS 460 that was well appointed and reasonably priced. I contacted the staff at Car Town on Friday 12.26.25 to inquire about the vehicle. I specifically asked was the vehicle pictured on Facebook market place the actually vehicle or was it a visual representation. I was assured that the vehicle pictured was the actual vehicle. So I scheduled an appointment the very next day Saturday 12.27.25 to visit the location to buy the vehicle. I drove 2 hours and 30 minutes from Richmond to Manassas only to have the salesman to tell me that the vehicle was not in stock and had been returned to the auction. So either the vehicle was returned to the auction after I spoke with the salesman on Friday night or the salesman intentionally decided to allow me to waste me time. I could have found numerous things I would rather spend my time doing on a Saturday than driving a total of 5 hours to be told a car I wanted to buy wasn't in stock after being assured just the day before the car was at the location. Very negative experience.”
