“I recently purchased a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Auto Expo in Manassas, VA. I found the vehicle on CarGurus and purchased mostly online for the first time ever. Mateen was incredibly attentive and texted back and forth with me and made the online process seamless! I traveled about 3 hours to pick up the Jeep and took it for a test drive; the vehicle was in great condition but the steering wheel was shaking a lot during our drive. Mateen immediately said he would get it fixed. He took it to their nearby shop and had a new tire put on and the jeep was driving like brand new in less than 30 minutes. Overall, I was a bit weary doing most of the car purchasing process online but the hospitality and kindness of the people at Auto Expo makes me feel like I would definitely do it again! I recommend giving them a try if you’re looking for a premium used vehicle at great prices!”

“Bad experience came two hours to see a truck just for it not to be there when I got there and they waited for me at closing time and then they made me wait more saying it was getting fixed then the truck shows up and it’s rusty everywhere I don’t know how a truck that rusty can pass inspection. They try to make customers look dumb and think people won’t look underneath a truck. Buy a vehicle somewhere else! Overpriced cars and not well maintained!”
