“In my 20 years of car-buying experience, this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Prestige Motor Sales was extremely unprofessional and communicated poorly throughout the entire process. I worked with Alex and Caden, and unfortunately they were the most unresponsive and unreliable dealers I’ve ever dealt with. There was little to no communication during the sale, and they completely dropped the ball on arranging delivery. I live in New York and was purchasing a vehicle from Massachusetts. I was told the car would be delivered, but three weeks went by with no updates or responses despite multiple attempts to reach them. Buyers beware. I strongly recommend staying away from this dealership. Save your money and go to a legitimate, brand-name dealership (Jeep, Honda, etc.) that values professionalism and customer service. Wish i could give 0 stars but unfortanetely that is not an option and 1 star had to be given.”

“I purchased a car from this dealership after I looked around for a good while. I visited them a number of times to view the vehicle and they were welcoming, helpful and patient. They allowed me to take the car to be checked by my own mechanic, which was a big plus. They helped with financing and got me a great deal. Better than from my own bank. After purchasing the car there were some things I had issues with. No worries!! These guys were right on it and everything was taken care of in a couple of days.
