“Edit: about 2 hrs after posting my original 5 star review I was still at the dealership waiting for them to finish detailing the truck. The owner of Offlease then came out and aggressively told me I didn't pay for LoJack (which I told them I DID NOT want) and it was installed in the vehicle and wanted $1,200 for it. He then threatened to take the truck back and give me my trade in back even though everything was already signed, since he "wasn't making any money". While waiting outside for my truck, multiple other people mentioned how terrible their experience with the owner was. The entire staff was helpful and friendly except the owner. Had a great experience purchasing a Toyota Tacoma from Sean, probably my fastest dealership visit for a purchase ever. I live 2 hours away from the dealership so they were able to work with me over the phone to make sure we came to a good deal before I drove in.”
