I’m not local so they sent plenty of videos and did a great job explaining their dealership, how the operate, sent quotes virtually and handled everything besides the actual signing prior to me driving there which made coming in a breeze! I’ve purchased 5 cars now and this was by far the best experience I’ve had, Ben was our sales associate who has top notch customer service, very polite and not pushy at all, the perfect amount of communication. When arriving the sales manager (I believe Max?) came by super kind and personable. Working with Jeanette in finance was a breeze, she made the process so smooth and explained every step of the way.
