“I took my vehicle into Mahwah Ford for a recall to replace both A pillar trims. When I picked my vehicle up they damaged both front fenders of my vehicle when they did the work. When I informed them about the damage they insisted that the vehicle can in that way however I had just completely repainted my vehicle so it had no damage or flaws. It was clear that they damaged the paint when they changed the trim out but denied any responsibility. I will never do business with Mahwah Ford again. They were rude, unprofessional and damaged my vehicle.”
