“The technicians were courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. I bought my new vehicle last year and this was my first time using their services. The oil change/tire rotation/multipoint vehicle inspection/etc. was performed, the technicians answered all my questions, and even washed my vehicle! I did require additional assistance with the connection between my cell phone and infotainment system (I had changed my settings myself, not a good idea) and the technicians were very helpful getting the connection restored. The show room had comfortable setting and assorted beverages and cookies. All things considered, I was on my way home within an hour or so. Great place to purchase a vehicle and get followup service!”

My previous experience was not good at all, and this time it was completely the opposite. It’s very clear that they are paying attention to what their customers say, and they have truly exceeded my expectations.
Spanish is my preferred language because it’s how I express myself best, and it was a great surprise to see that they now have a Spanish-speaking staff member. He was very responsible and attentive, just like everyone else on the team. I’m not sure if they recently updated their staff, but everyone listens and genuinely tries to help and find a solution.
Whenever possible, they offer a courtesy vehicle. In my case, they scheduled my appointments as quickly as possible and kept me updated throughout the entire process. They explained in advance which parts would be replaced and made everything very easy to understand.
As a woman, these situations are often made more complicated, but this was not the case here. The staff was kind, transparent, and took the time to explain everything step by step, including the testing process after the parts were replaced.
So far, the issue appears to be resolved, and my vehicle has been running normally. I highly recommend this place for their professionalism, communication, and excellent customer service”
