Jacob went out of his way to make sure all my questions and concerns were answered. He worked on my schedule and made things extremely easy for me. “I am enjoying my new ride. BUT, I guess shame on me, I needed Jose / sales to ask if I understood during the sales discussion what additional care a matte finish would/should need. I would have asked followup questions. Do your research. That BIG issue aside which is causing some buyer remorse, Jose was otherwise pleasant and helpful. I believe Brandon is the tech guy. He was very helpful.”

“I got a maintenance plan with my lease, but every time I take it in for service that should be covered, they have “no indication” that I have it at the service department, and I have to physically bring the signed contract every time for them to honor it. Even then, they still try to get me to pay for a covered service using “coupons we have running” right now. My car also came with a roof rack already installed, but they never gave me a key to adjust them. When I asked if they could provide me one, order one or offer some kind of fix, they said “no, it was a dealer trade so you get what you get “. No apologies, no working with me to resolve it, just waved me off.”

“Jacob was the best salesman! I didn’t even expect to be buying a car the day I came in. He was very detailed and answered all of my questions. Wasn’t pushy at all and was super helpful. Greta customer service and the whole process took only a few hours. Left the same day with my new car!”
